We're not a generalist broker. Kite works exclusively with City professionals — lawyers, investment bankers, private equity and hedge fund professionals, traders, and senior tech leaders. Our clients share one thing in common: their income is complex, and standard lenders don't always assess it properly.
We've been based in Islington since Kite was founded. Our office on White Lion Street is a short walk from Angel station, convenient for face-to-face meetings — though we're equally happy to work over video call or phone. Most of our clients prefer a first meeting on video and then communicate by email and phone from there.
You'll work directly with one of two experienced advisers. We structure mortgages around bonuses, RSUs, carried interest, partnership drawings, and foreign currency income. If your income doesn't fit a standard model, we know which lenders will treat it properly.
