Transparent mortgage broker fees — always disclosed upfront, before any work begins
We believe you should know exactly what you're paying before we do any work — not after. Every fee is disclosed in the first conversation, in writing, with no surprises at completion.
Mortgage Fees
We offer the following three commitments to our clients regarding fees.
1) No Completion, No Fee — Fees are only payable once your mortgage has completed. If it doesn't complete, you don't pay.
2) Fixed Fees — Fees are fixed, so there is no confusion over the amount due.
3) Advance Notice — We will always let you know during our first call what fees are applicable.
Standard Fees
This includes the majority of residential mortgages. If your circumstances mean your case falls into the specialist lending category, we will let you know in our first meeting.

Loans £250k to £500k
£500 Fee
Loans £0k to £250k
£1,000 Fee
Specialist Fees
This includes any of the following: Foreign Currency Mortgages, Expatriate/Overseas Mortgages, use of Government schemes.

We also receive a commission from the lender. You will receive an illustration when considering a particular mortgage, which will tell you about any commission relating to it.
We charge client fees on smaller loans is to offset the reduced fee received by the lender and ensure that a high quality of service can be offered to all clients.
We charge fees on all specialist lending cases due to the additional workload involved due to the complexity of these scenarios.
Protection Fees
We will arrange the policy with the insurer on your behalf; you do not pay us a fee for doing this. Instead, we receive commission from the insurer, which is a percentage of the total annual premium.
You will receive an illustration when considering a particular protection policy, which will tell you about any commission relating to it.
