How We Work Together

It is important that we establish what you hope to achieve from the relationship in our first meeting. Whether it be in person, over the phone or video call, it is about getting to know each other. We will learn what your goals and aspirations are and in turn, introduce ourselves and provide details of experience and qualifications, and answer any questions you might have. Your adviser will be your sole point of contact for the entire process.

We will gather all information required to make a suitable recommendation. It is essential to take a holistic approach, to ensure that any recommendations will best serve you both now and in the future. At this stage we get into the details and will collect all necessary documents. We believe in getting it all out in the open upfront so that nothing is missed which could cause delays further along in the process.

Every client has a unique set of circumstances, goals and aspirations. Once we are familiar with yours, we will tailor a bespoke solution that meets those needs. We will explain the details of the recommended products to ensure you fully understand the recommendation and are happy to proceed to the next stage.

We will package the application and present it to the lender or provider. We never outsource administration, meaning that your adviser will be progressing your case entirely and will therefore have complete control from start to finish. It also means that your adviser is able to proactively provide updates to you, your chosen solicitor and the selling agent to ensure all parties are kept informed throughout the process.

We conduct regular reviews with all our clients. Any changes in circumstances are discussed and suitable recommendations are made. We will get in touch with you three to six months before your mortgage product expires to begin the process of re-mortgaging. Getting this done in good time will ensure you get the right deal, either from your existing lender or a new one.
