Refer A Buyer To Kite Mortgages
No obligation. Clear process. Full visibility throughout.
How The Referral Process Works
Step 1 — You Refer The Buyer
You submit a referral using the short form above. There’s no obligation and no commitment required at this stage.
You’ll be copied in for visibility, but we deal directly with the buyer so you don’t become the go-between.
Step 2 — Dedicated Case Ownership
Each case at Kite is owned by one dedicated broker and their individual administrator, who work together from start to finish.
This creates clear accountability, consistent communication, and avoids cases being passed between different people partway through the process.
Where agents have already worked with a particular broker and administrator, we’ll always look to maintain that pairing on future cases — and you’re welcome to request this as your preference.
Step 3 — Clear Progress And Milestone Updates
You’ll receive clear milestone updates from the broker and their administrator, so you always know where a deal stands, including:
Initial contact
Decision in principle
Application submitted
Valuation booked
Mortgage offer issued
Rather than vague timelines, we operate to agreed service levels at each stage, giving agents and buyers clarity on what happens next.
Step 4 — Completion and Referral Fee
Once the case completes:
The referral is logged and tracked
Any referral fee is paid promptly
You have a clear audit trail from start to finish
No chasing. No uncertainty.
Step 5 — Ongoing Support
There’s no unnecessary reset each time you refer a buyer.
Where possible, we aim to keep the same broker and administrator pairing on future cases, giving you consistency and familiarity as the relationship develops.
How We Work With Your Buyers
Professional, calm support — aligned with your agency
How a buyer is treated reflects directly on the agent who referred them. Our role is to support buyers properly while protecting your relationships.
Buyers are introduced to both their dedicated broker and administrator at the outset, so they know exactly who they’re dealing with throughout the process.
We focus on:
Clear, plain-English communication
Setting expectations early
Keeping buyers informed so agents don’t have to
No pressure and no unnecessary upselling
Respect for the agent–buyer relationship at all times
The aim is simple: calm buyers, fewer surprises, and transactions that move forward.
Why Agents Partner With Kite Mortgages?
Agents choose to work with Kite because of how we operate day-to-day — not because of bold promises.
Consistency and accountability
One broker and one administrator owning the case end-to-end.
Predictable progress
Defined service levels and proactive updates reduce uncertainty.
Less chasing
Agents stay informed without needing to follow up repeatedly.
Professional handling of buyers
Buyers feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.
What This Means In Practice
Clear expectations mean fewer surprises as the transaction progresses.
And fewer surprises lead to better outcomes for everyone involved.
