Simple Referral Process

Register: We get you set up, taking a few key details and outlining the process.

Application: We gather your documents, find the right lender, submit the application and guide it through to completion.

Post-Completion: Your agent receives their referral fee from us as a thank-you for the introduction — it doesn’t cost you anything extra.

Our Client Fees

Standard Mortgages

This includes the majority of residential mortgages . If client circumstances mean the case falls into the specialist lending catagory, we will let them know in our frst meeting.

  • No Fee

  • £500 fee.

  • £1,000 fee.

Specialist Mortgages

This includes any of the following: Foreign Currency Mortgages, Expatriate/Overseas Mortgages, Ltd Company Mortgages, use of Govenrment schemes.

  • £1,000 fee.

  • £1,000 fee.

  • £1,000 fee.

We also receive a commission from the lender. You will receive an illustration when considering a particular mortgage, which will tell you about any commission relating to it.

We charge client fees on smaller loans is to offset the reduced fee received by the lender and ensure that a high quality of service can be offered to all clients.

We charge fees on all specialist lending cases due to the additional workload involved due to the complexity of these scenarios.

Referral fees are paid on net lender fees received only and not client fees.
